A Visiting Scholar at the MIT Sloan School of Management and CEO of Noventra Corporation, Ms. Kopeikina talked about the six years she spent at General Electric, where she had the opportunity to work with—and observe—Jack Welch.  At MIT, she researched executive decision-making with over 115 CEOs.  In 1998, Interactive Week ranked Ms. Kopeikina within the top 20 of high-tech public company CEOs.  Sharing her experiences, advice and research results, Ms. Kopeikina talked about how the ability to make the right decisions is directly related to our emotional, mental and physical balance.  Known as The Clarity State, this is a practical, proven process which CEOs and executives everywhere are starting to follow.  Understanding the importance of The Clarity State and applying it within their own worlds, executives are managing their organizations more successfully due to better decision-making.

The audience was an extremely attentive group, finding Ms. Kopeikina's words to be both insightful and enlightening.  As she finished her presentation, guests took advantage of the valuable networking opportunities that the event provided.
