Issue Summary

AeA's Government & Commercial Market Group (GCMG) exists to help AeA Member Companies increase opportunities to compete in the government procurement and commercial marketplace. GCMG has become the principal liaison between government and the IT industry in technology acquisition, trends, policies and best practices.

AeA's team of professionals work closely with Federal agencies, key Administration officials, Congressional leaders, state CIOs, and industry leaders to connect member company executives to government and commercial organizations purchasing technology.

AeA Technology for Government Dinner
The Annual AeA Technology for Government Dinner hosted on June 3 in Washington, DC brought 700 industry, congressional, and government leaders together at one venue. Attendees at the dinner included Chief Information Officers and procurement officials from countless federal agencies, Members of Congress and their staff, officials from the current Administration, and CEOs and senior executives representing high-tech companies.
